The Chief Examiner Role in Pre-University Anthropology: personal reflections

This article draws on the author's experience as both an A level and an IB Chief Examiner to compare these roles within the AQA and the IB and discuss their demands. She reflects on their different institutional cultures, the nature of assessment and curriculum development and the responsibilities placed on examiners.
